The plain-language version of how AI.TRY works with your data. The formal policies are being finalised with counsel and will replace this page before public launch - what you read below is how the product behaves today.
Privacy
- Your photo is processed only with your consent - nothing happens before you tick the consent box in the try-on window, and you can withdraw it there at any time.
- Photos auto-delete after 30 days unless you create a saved profile - and even then you can delete any photo, or your whole account, instantly at aitry.com/my.
- Stores never see your photos. The shop you tried clothes on gets aggregate numbers (how many try-ons, which products), never your images or email.
- Generated images are labeled as AI-generated on screen and in downloads, as EU rules require.
Terms (summary)
- For stores: AI.TRY is a subscription service with monthly image and video allowances plus optional one-time packets. Plans can be cancelled anytime and stop renewing at the period end.
- For shoppers: the try-on is a visualisation, not a guarantee of fit; be 16 or older to use it; do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
- Contact: questions or data requests - write to us and we answer as fast as we can.
